Dr. Zeeshan Waseem leads Oakville Brain & Body as Medical Director.
He is excited to bring an elevated approach to concussion management to Oakville. He completed medical school and residency sub-specialty training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at University of Toronto. He previously ran the head injury clinic at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto and continues to be affiliated with brain injuries through the University Health Network.
Since moving to Oakville, he has opened his own community practice servicing all types of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Dr. Waseem provides on-site guidance and therapies depending on the individual's treatment plan. These include OHIP-covered ultrasound guided steroid injections, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, and stem cell injections.
He continuously works with his team to review research and attend conferences around the world on the latest in physical medicine breakthroughs.
Dr. Nicholas Moser is a chiropractor who graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Moser developed a passion for physical medicine while volunteering as a student therapist for the Varsity Football team. His passion led him to chiropractic and he completed his degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
Dr. Moser is currently completing a postgraduate fellowship in Clinical Sciences at CMCC focusing on concussions. Dr. Moser’s thesis seeks to evaluate, in patients with neck pain, the cerebrovascular hemodynamic consequences of neck movements, including manipulation, using fMRI technology.
His clinical experience includes internships at Mount Sinai Hospital in the Rebecca MacDonald Centre for Arthritis and Autoimmune Disease and at St. Michael’s Hospital in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Dr. Moser gained invaluable experience working with patients suffering from various conditions

Dr. Henry Candelaria holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree from the University of Toronto and was a team trainer for varsity athletes. He later graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Candelaria’s mode of treatment is one that focuses on finding and fixing the source of the problem. He utilizes a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic techniques to treat patients. His focus is on functional evaluation of human movement, identifying biomechanical faults and addressing them before problems arise. He utilizes the latest in evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to help promote active healing and recovery.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, trained in full-body Active Release Techniques®, and is a fully certified medical acupuncture provider (McMaster University). Dr. Candelaria has extensive experience working with athletes. Some of the organizations he has worked with in the past include Ontario Alpine, Lacrosse and Basketball, CFL, AAA hockey, and varsity soccer, volleyball and track and field.
